Acid Casein is a versatile item, and when used in your basemix, it aids with binding and will keep the centre soft, as the outside hardens.
This top-grade refined milk protein is spray dried, 90 Mesh grade, and is a serious HNV ingredient with a Protein content of 90% and a good Amino Acid profile.

Use as up to 20% of your Basemix dependant on other Ingredients used.
Alternatively mix 50-50 with our Acid Casein to give a slightly better Amino Acid profile.
