This weekend marks the return of what is arguably the best fishing exhibition of the season. Being a northern company, exhibiting at Northern Angling Show is something we normally spend the year looking forward to. We love engaging with customers face to face, offering our technical advice, or even just having a friendly natter… it really is something we’ve missed.
When we heard the shows were going ahead again, we were buzzing!!! And then OMICRON… At the key stage of planning a preparation, Omicron cases were surging with no certainty how contagious or dangerous this new variant was. It was at this point we decided not to attend any of the 2022 exhibitions. We just didn’t feel it was the right time to put our staff in front of thousands of people, and risk a potential 'COVID-19 outbreak' which could shut down our week-to-week operations. As you’re probably all aware, we stayed open throughout the whole of the pandemic and it’s been a real struggle to say the least due to staff having to periodically isolate.
Anyway, back to the show. We hope any of you attending have a great time, the organisers at NAS always do an outstanding job at putting on a top event.

Once again apologies for any disappointment with us not attending this years shows, it’s not a permanent decision and we intend to attend all the major exhibitions in 2023.
