Ground Flaxseed is rich in Omega 3, 6 & 9 Oils which play an important role in energy metabolism in fish, it is also quite high in protein for a seed at approx 21%, it is limited by its low Lysine content. It can be used as a partial egg replacement in boilies due to the naturally occurring gums within the ground Flaxseed, perfect for winter or making soluble boilies, it also has a high ability to hold moisture due the gel being a humectant, worth adding a few extra liquids in there! Ground Flaxseed is also host to a variety of Vitamins and Minerals.

Whilst consideration should be given to its high oil content our recommended dosage is up to 10% in Boilies/Solubles and 20% in stick mixes/ground baits.
