Rennet Casein is a top-quality refined Milk Protein. It can be used to improve the protein content of your bait, it is also aids with binding and will keep the centre soft, as the outside hardens. Rennet Casein is lightweight, and a great ingredient to add to buoyant baits.
Rennet Casein is produced by adding the enzyme Rennet to curd cow’s milk, this is then dried n ground/spray dried to a consistent powder, Rennet Casein has a protein content of over 91% and forms part of the base for many top quality HNV mixes.
