Semolina is made from ground Durum Wheat, and is an inexpensive Carbohydrate source, it can be used to bulk up your baits.
Semolina will also add binding qualities to the bait or feed formulations. It aids in rolling and slight firming of most manufactured bait/feed formulations, when used in the right quantities.
Semolina is a very useful ingredient that should be in every anglers' arsenal.
