It is also effective when used in Stick mixes mixed with Tiger Nut Extract.
Tiger Nut Flour has a high sugar and oil content as well as a source of Vitamins C & E. It is a great source of numerous Minerals, and also has enzymes specific to the conversion of Carbohydrates and Lipids, making it more digestible and palatable.
